The Head, Media and knowledge of the board, Dr Fabian Benjamin, disclosed this in Associate in Nursing interview on Mon in city.
Benjamin aforementioned that the bulletin, which is able to be called “Jambulletin”, would be printed each Mon and wouldn’t be available.
“ JAMB board has ended plans to start a weekly publication, “Jambulletin” for the general public.
“This is in compliance with President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration’s directive to full revelation of all monetary transactions within the public sector, in line along with his transparency agenda.
“This bulletin can so, contain the board’s monetary flow and expenditure for each week.
“The board is taking transparency to a different level. Nigerians are going to be able to scan contemporary edition of this bulletin each Mon on our web site.
“The stress here is transparency. The board needs to be as open with its monetary activities.
“We will distribute the bulletins to offices and people UN agency have an interest,” he said.
Benjamin, however, else that the board would before long start its 2019 Unified Tertiary matric Examination (UTME) registration regular for Jan. 10.
According to him, the bulletin will update the general public on progress created within the registration exercise, whereas it lasts. (NAN)
